Welcome to the high country neighborhood of Trojan Horse!
Located in beautiful Ashe County, North Carolina, Trojan Horse enjoys lush forests, majestic mountain views, and star-filled nights. Friendly neighbors and cool breezes are ready to welcome visitors to this mountain community.
The Trojan Horse Property Owners' Association serves the road maintenance needs of the community. Well-maintained roads allow safe travel and improve the value of every property in the neighborhood. Administration of the POA is by unpaid volunteers, and more than 99 percent of dues and contributions go directly to road maintenance.
We encourage all property owners to join the POA as membership confers voting privileges. In addition, members have access to their Owners Web Portal to view their real-time account balance, pay dues online, view Annual Meeting minutes, and download community documents.
